John C. Lange, MD

In 1985, Dr. John C. Lange graduated cum laude in biology from Sonoma State University. He continued as a Regent's Scholar and earned his medical degree from the University of California at Davis. Dr. Lange interned in the Surgery Department at UC Irvine Medical Center where he completed his residency.

He joined Apogee Outpatient Surgery Center in 1994. He is Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Specialties for Dr. Lange include sports medicine, joint replacement, complex deformity reconstruction, as well as pediatric orthopaedics, and foot and ankle surgery.

In 1997, he spent a month in Kurgan, Russia studying the technique and uses of the Ilizarov frame for trauma injury reconstruction.

Dr. Lange and his wife Cindy have five children. He is very active in his church and enjoys time with his family hiking and camping. Dr. Lange's personal interests include flying, bicycling, history, rocketry, astronomy, and backpacking.
