Stephen P. Ferraro, Jr., MD

Dr. Ferraro grew up in New Jersey as one of six children.
He graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans in 1982.
He started his medical studies at San Francisco State University
in 1985 and earned his medical degree in 1991 from Tulane
University School of Medicine. He completed his residency
at the Harbor - UCLA Medical Center in 1996.
Prior to joining Apogee Outpatient Surgery Center
in August 1997, Dr. Ferraro completed his fellowship in hand
surgery at Rush Presbyterian - St. Luke's Medical Center
in Chicago. He specializes primarily in hand surgery, is
Certified by the American Board of
Orthopaedic Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American
Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
He is an avid basketball player and enjoys many outdoor activities
in the Redding area, including snowboarding, wakeboarding
and motorcycling. Dr. Ferraro is married and has 2 children.
