Thomas E. Daniel, MD
Diplomate, American Board of Orthopaedic
Surgery
Fellow, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons
Dr. Daniel graduated magna cum laude from Colorado State University
at Fort Collins in 1973. He earned his medical degree cum
laude in 1977 from the University of Colorado in Denver. He
served his medical internship at the Naval Regional Medical
Center in Oakland.
Dr. Daniel has advanced training as a Trauma Life Support
Instructor and as a U.S. Naval flight surgeon at the naval
Aerospace Medical Institute in Pensacola, Florida. He served
in Operation Desert Storm with the Navy from December 1990
to April 1991. He became Director of orthopaedic trauma at
Mercy Medical Center in Redding in 1992. Dr. Daniel is Certified
by the American Board of Orthopaedic
Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic
Surgeons.
Some favorite activities are swimming, snowboarding, boating,
and spending time outdoors. Dr. Daniel has two children, Angela
and Philip.
