Gary A. Buxa, MD
 Gary
A. Buxa, M.D. graduated from the University of North Dakota
Department
of Chemistry. In 1997, he interned at the University of Texas-Houston
Department of General Surgery. Dr. Buxa completed his residency at the
University of Texas-Houston Department of Otolaryngology.
Dr. Buxa is a member of both the American Medical Association and the
Southern Medical Association. He is also certified in advanced cardiac, trauma,
and pediatric life support.
In 1992, Dr. Buxa was a Military Captain through the North
Dakota Army National Guard in the 835th Medical Detachment.
