Apogee Outpatient Surgery Center is an ambulatory surgery center (ASC). Our only service is providing outpatient surgical care, enabling us to focus completely on providing you or your loved one the finest surgical experience we can.

How Medicare Defines an ASC

There are more than 1,400 Medicare-certified ASCs. To be eligible for ASC facility coverage, a center must be:

• A distinct entity that operates exclusively to furnish outpatient surgical services
  
  
• either an independent freestanding facility, or under the common ownership, licensure, or control of a hospital
  
  
• surveyed and approved by Medicare
